Refund/Exchange Policy:

Refund or exchanges are only eligible for products that are damaged or defective during delivery. Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for fragrances that are not to your liking or preference once received. You may order a sample of that fragrance prior to purchasing a larger product. Once your order has shipped, changes to it will not be allowed. If a order is still processing and you need to make a change, please send a message. We will make every attempt to correct it prior to it being shipped.

In the event that damage has occurred during shipping, contact us within three days of receipt of delivery. Please save original packaging, along with product for inspection by shipper. We recommend taking a picture of the items. A claim must be filed with the courier.

Instructions for Use:

Due to Winter temperature, product may arrive in a solid form. Please allow this product to become room temperature (74 degrees) before attempting to use. This goes for both the Body Butter jar and Hand Butter tube.  If product is difficult to squeeze out , simply remove it's cap and squeeze from the lower portion of the tube. This simple measure will prevent added pressure and the opening of the seal at the end of the tube. As always only a small amount is required for use.

For warm temperature months please have your product shipped to a address where it can readily be accepted to prevent melting. If left out in extreme heat, composition of butter will change from it's original whipped form.

How long will it take to receive my order:

Allow 24-48 hours for processing time(does not include shipping time). Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the U.S.P.S. Shipments are made through the U.S.P.S. All orders will include a tracking number once shipped. First Class, and Priority Mail is used to ensure prompt delivery.

Note: During the Winter season, processing/shipping time may be longer. We will not be held liable for delays resulting from the Post Office once your order is received by the courier.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

We use Paypal and Square for checkout options at this time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. If paying with Paypal, you may checkout without a account using your debit/credit card or make payment using your bank account(this may delay your order until payment is received on our end.).
