Refunds/exchanges are only eligible for products that are defective or damaged during delivery. Returns/exchanges will not be granted for fragrances that are not to your liking or preference once received. You may order a sample of that fragrance first prior to purchasing a larger product. We are heading into the busy holiday season. Once order has shipped, changes to it will not be able to be made. If a order is still processing and you need to make a change, please send a message and we will make every attempt to correct it prior to shipping.
In the event damaged has occurred during shipping, contact us within three days of delivery. Please save original box, packaging material, along with the product for inspection by shipper. we also recommend taking a picture of the items. a claim must be filed with the courier.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the U.S.?
We only ship outside to Puerto Rico at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local post service. Shipments are made via USPS. All orders will include a tracking number. Priority Mail and Flat Rate boxes are used to ensure prompt delivery.
Allow 24-48 hours processing time(does not include shipping time). During the Winter season processing/shipping time may be longer. All orders are processed and shipped with verification and receipt. We will not be held responsible for delays resulting from the Post Office once order is received by courier.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
We use Paypal and Square for checkout options at this time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club. If paying with Paypal, you may checkout without a account using your debit card or make payments using your bank account (this may delay your order).
