Refunds or exchanges are only eligible for products that are
defective or damaged during delivery. Returns/exchanges will not be granted for
fragrances that are not to your liking or preference. You may order a sample of
that fragrance first prior to purchasing a larger product.
In the event damaged has occurred during shipping, contact us
within three days of delivery. Please save original box, packaging material,
along with the product for inspection by shipper. We recommend taking a picture
of items. A claim must be filed with the courier.

·How long will it take to
receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10
business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal
service. Shipment is made via USPS. All orders will include a tracking number.
Priority Mail and Flat Rate boxes are used to ensure prompt delivery.
Allow 24-48 hours processing time (doesn't include shipping time).
During the Winter season processing/shipping time may be longer. All orders are
processed and shipped with verification and receipt. Pampered Senses Candles
will not be held responsible for delays resulting from the Post Office once
order is received by the courier.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
Cart uses Stripe and Paypal for checkout and are two of the most trusted online
payment solutions on the web. Because of this, 3Dcart has all the same
securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying
with PayPal, you may checkout without a account and pay with your debit card or you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may
delay your order.
